Analyst must have experience in planning, executing and maintaining/managing a variety of paid media channels, including but not limited to: social media, pay-per-click, affiliate advertising and/or broadcast/print media.  They must be able to handle multiple client accounts and channels and provide trending and performance results to internal personnel and clients.  

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience buying digital media
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Result Focused
  • Solution Oriented
  • Experience Managing Vendors
  • Experience setting up, maintaining, and managing pay-per-click campaigns
  • Experience planning and placing broadcast and print media
  • Experience setting up, maintaining, and managing social media advertising through third parties (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication skills to actively interact with clients through phone and email
  • Demonstrate in depth media knowledge and ability to develop insightful media plans and execute accurate buys
  • Utilize agency and secondary resources to creatively support client needs and media recommendations
  • Seeks out and utilizes sources for customer/consumer insight that identify key communication targets and guide strategic and media plans development
  • Builds and maintains relationships with media vendors
  • Consistently adds value to media plans from development to execution
  • Accurately manages media budget, and oversees the media billing and budgeting
  • Responsible for media buy oversight – schedules, paperwork, make goods, invoice reconciliation, post analysis
